WebIn the last couple of years, new ESR meters are cropping up like crabgrass and it's hard to keep track of them all. This one looks functionally like the Dick Smith original meter, just a pushbutton function switch and a set of leads, and it should be just fine. I was a little surprised that the upper limit is 19 Ohms.
