Web18 jan. 2024 · I have taken it for the 3 years that I have been taking Prednisolone for PMR. I have now reduced my Pred dose to 4.5 mg, having lost 2.5 stone by following the Blood Sugar Diet by Dr Michael Moseley and am feeling so, so much better. I am really hopeful that I will successfully keep on reducing the Prednisolone over the coming months. WebAlendronate may stay in your body for many years. Its effects on an unborn baby are unknown.
